The President of Serbia did not sign the declaration of the "Ukraine – Southeastern Europe" summit condemning Russian aggression, as reported by N1 Info.

Aleksandar Vučić stated that he did not sign the declaration because the text includes a requirement for sanctions against Russia.

He also rejected accusations of betraying Russia by visiting Ukraine: “Once again, I’m the only one who didn’t accept the declaration. Unlike those who would accept anything that is directed against Russia — anything they can,” Vučić said.
