Glad we agree on Kohaku! As for the others you're right that just doing a side-by-side isn't the best comparison. There's definitely a difference with at least some of them though, whether it's Ancestral vs. non-Ancestral either adding noise at each step or not respectively or the ones that are intended for photorealism.
