Ok so earlier today about 8hrs ago i was rerolling for about 3hrs and saw literally 23 Kita in 13,500 rolls. I gave up after finding 0 accounts gain more than 2 kita in a single 90 roll. I had about 9 accounts end with Satono at 3 and 2 accounts with Satono at 4 within 90 pulls.
Around 3hrs ago i rolled for 2hrs only 4,500 pulls and saw 20+ Kita and ended up with 4 accounts with 3+ Kita in a 90 pull while Satano was surprisingly at around 20+ as well with only 1 90 roll yielding 3+

I know the rates probably didnt actually change, but enough peole reported similar stuff for it to be reasonable to think odds have specific timings to keep rates in line with expectations while milking during peak hours
