I lost like 40 lbs this last year and now I’m rebounding after having just about hit my goal because I’ve quit drinking and am always wanting food. It’s been 2.5 weeks since my last drink. How long is it before food cravings subside? Never used to care about sweets or anything but now I keep wanting to smash sugar all the time. Been buying 75% dark chocolate and mixed berry probiotic yoghurt so at least it’s somewhat good for my liver and pancreas.. but man, I hate that I’m plateauing/rebounding right now.

Been going on bike rides and really really long walks but I guess I’m out-eating my exercise anyway cuz I’m going the wrong way.

Anyway, here’s a chicken/veggie broth I made using the scraps from my rotisserie chicken dinner
