No. That's just a power her outfit has by absorbing abyssal energy. Although I do wonder if there abyssal limbs are partial transformation because if you look at Tartaglia's transformation he has crystals on his arms and her has a darker blue and purple under the black armor like stuff. But color aside it does look similar to Skirk's limbs.
