literally ALL balance problems and fucked trees could be fixed by just removing per slot spawn limits and doing wargame style point costs instead (GRB respawn points are 90% of the way there already)
pigging up for more slots would still be valuable since you get more options, but trees with only 3 vehicles at any BR would be playable instead of everyone getting fucked by US/soviet lineups
