What the fuck is going on with attack speed buffs on Ana (and maybe other heroes like Ashe and Cass) in the Stadium? I recorded video of firing in five bullet bursts with 30% attack speed and the recovery time after the first bullet in the magazine was basically the same as without buffs, after the first bullet in other bursts was like 15% less and only after the second shot it was 30% less as it should be.
