She needs to present the information provided to her by the US intelligence organizations related to Iran's nuclear program and let Trump make his decision. If the intelligence says Iran is not close to making a nuke and Trump decides to dismiss the intelligence reports there is nothing more Tulsi can do

It is important that she review and report the intelligence provided accurately. Obviously the US IC lies and Trump is making his decisions based upon other sources of information. Ultimately it is her job to just report the intelligence and Trump's job the do whatever he decides to do good or bad
