I was thinking of setting him up with the big three, and get him to focus more on proper form while he just does high-volume low-intensity.

I Figure that with a couple of weeks of him getting proper form down, I could start introducing weight to him. Really happy for him, because he lost 30 lbs by just hiking 6 miles a day, but I also want to help his self-esteem by getting him to build some muscle.

What do you /Fit/izens recommend.
