Every genshin cosplayer buys shit from aliexpress and sometimes they don't even bother to fit or iron it.

I was at similar event in Russia yesterday. We had more cosplayers (2 Arles (picrel is one of them), 2 Citlalis, Tartaglia, Kinich, Mavuika, 2 Wriotheslys, Nahida, Chiori, Varesa, Mizuki, Freminet, Xiao, Neuv, Furina, Alhaitham). Some of them were in photo zone and some in quizzes/activity zone. I know that for our cons hoyo hires volunteers.
I've also seen hoyofair version Arle, Kaveh, 3 Furinas, Inazuma Scara (a literal 10 yo kid) and Kachina who were regular visitors.
