the "militias" that totally weren't russians at all opened fire with weapons banned under the ceasefire terms to try and see if the ukrainians would have the spine to fight back

never mind that between the start of the cease fire and the start of the invasion there where less than 500 civilian deaths, most of them on the ukrainian side.
