Why is HSR so anti-characterfag, bros? There is pretty much nothing you can do with playable characters other than battles. The lack of interactivity is also partly the reason why reruns never really sell. Meta viability is the only feature a character can bring, so why would anyone roll for them once they get phased out of meta? Not to mention reruns mostly happen after their shill story patch has long passed, at which nobody really cares for them anymore outside of gameplay. Not even Genshin is this bad in that regard, rolling a character allows you to grind for their namecard and unlock teapot interactions to name a few. Helps that Genshin characters have birthdays to facilitate even more characterfagging.
