It does exist, it was in the trailer but it was covered by other cards. I'm pretty sure OP just photoshopped in the other ui elements and then pixelated it so people wouldn't see his sloppy work. This is probably why the right side of the retreat cost bar is so flat and doesnt even reach the edge of the card.

Kudos to OP for the creativity and speed though
