I'm talking about the urban layout which encourages car use over bikes. They should have studied the Europeans more and not us.

I will say that Ningbo is one of the better cities I've seen for biking and walking. I actually somewhat approve of this one. They still have a lot of wide stroads in other parts of the cities though which is disappointing.
