Lots of tourists using the most shallow knowledge when interpreting Ari accusing Zen of disapproving of who she collaborates with. It makes a lot more sense that "being controlling" is just Zen warning Ari about Quinn being shitty when he came back onto the scene. There was a whole arc where Ari and Quinn were constantly hanging out and AFAIK Zen doesn't even acknowledge him.
