It would take way more tnt to stop a large Japanese earthquake that it would be to disperse clouds. Especially the way Yujiro did it. He punched though the crust of the earth to stop the plate from shifting. You could drop every nuke ever made on an earthquake and they wouldn't be able to stop it. Yujiro also does it without activating his demon back and its stated he grows stronger every day.
