I'm a big fan of the final article of clothing being something minor and trivial. Like a girl being told to strip, and she's embarrassed about it, and once she thinks she's finally done somebody points out that she's not naked yet because she's got a hair ribbon or something.
Basically the point where her nudity has far less to do with exposure and more to do with her lack of control over what she's wearing. (If that makes sense)
