I doubt it. The Queen Mother Chanter sank a bunch of ship around that time and he called for a ship before going to the Flower Capital, then fled the country when Shanks got involved. Besides, we know Ryokugyu subdued Weevil shortly after Wano and did so in a hurry. There's no way we wouldn't have gotten a blurb of text with him bragging about taking down the Beast Pirates and capturing them. I think he ended up just leaving them there and they'll end up causing trouble in Wano after recovering, since also destroyed the prison.
