We can only guess. None of the Angels of Delusion are likely to be Void Hunters. If Ye Shiyuan is even playable he's definitely not a Void Hunter. His sister Ye Shunguang is a lot stronger than him and uses the same sword that Yixuan's sister used to use. But Yunkui Summit already has an effective Void Hunter, so would Hoyo really give them two Void Hunters?

So by process of elimination that basically just leaves Zhao, the bunny girl as the most likely Void Hunter.
