The goal is obviously regime change although idk how you get there from here. Iran is 10 times the size of Israel so a direct invasion without America probably isn't viable. The most likely strategy for them is to try and isolate + weaken Iran politically and economically then try and overthrow the regime through soft means. But that may not be viable either, you see how well that's worked in North Korea..
