reminded me of a post in a thread on /pol/ about israelis having bbq party next to refugee camp in gaza, someone mentioned they did the same in weimar era where they would pretend to give homeless local children food for false hope then run away and point at them while laughing. reputable source or not, that's pretty funny to be honest.
