Remember Im using "guro" as an umbrella term to refer to works and art depicting physical abuse and grotesque depictions of the body. Said that, yes there is, not many and Im sure there is stuff I have yet to find, but there are some animations out there. One that comes to mind is Alice strapped on a bell and getting cylinders constantly slammed on her stomach until she cries in a catatonic state.
