Depends upon my mood. I wear(and use for both; poo is only in private or if I ABSOLUTELY can't control it; eg I'm having soft poo. I do NOT intentionally poo in public). I have a partner who wears as well(I'm a switch). I sleep with a big plushie and a pacifier.
