Its early jokes were a little too repetitive for for my taste, but when "Elf and wolf" came out in July '24, I think it really came into its own, comically and artistically. The whole strip has a clear, crisp joke, and a new brand of creative humour that really gives the panels a big boost. He's been compared to Joncomics, but I think Merrivius has a far more honest, soulful sense of humour.
In '25, Merrivius released this; "Where all Elves go", their most accomplished strip. I think their undisputed masterpiece is the fourth panel. A joke so funny most probably don't even notice the details. But they should, because it's not just a funny face and outlandish scenario. It's also a personal statement about the comic itself.
