I share your pain anon, whenever I fuck up in a dungeon I immediately assess whether or not I should just drop whatever version of wow I'm playing. even if the entire group is shitting it up I feel like it's always on me for wiping and immediately quit, which is probably ten times more annoying than just sticking with the group.
most embarrassing feeling you can get in a game, it's the reason why I quest almost entirely and never improve in instanced content with a group of ten or less people.
