While we usually use this scene to dunk on kaidofags, an interesting thing I noticed is that notably, she doesn't name current (at the time) emperors. Which would imply these are emperors at the time of the (would be) marriage. Which would give 6 years ago as the only possible date (the year Shanks becomes and emperor and the year he captures Loki).
