Hailing from the tiny theocratic nation of Eternal Sanctum, Mephilia has requested to join the expedition to Drakonia, an unexplored world full land-dragons (). She's the shadow ruler of Eternal Sanctum, having turned almost every citizen there into a thrall. She's been wanting to expand her influence, but she's surrounded by Drakmoor to the north, Miraleth to the east and Mareven to the west, and the major nations are getting better at detecting and persecuting vampirism. She saw an opportunity in establishing herself in virgin territory from the ground up, and forced her puppet Archbishop Cornelus to nominate her as the sole representative from Eternal Sanctum She's registered as a "devoted scholar of healing magic and settlement logistics", though her method of healing people may involve leaving them with a lot less blood, and a lot more loyalty. She finds the commander (you) surprisingly intriguing and has decided to forego enthralling you while you still interest her. Most of the local wild life don't stand a chance against her in a one on one fight, but good luck getting her to lift a finger unless it's personally offended her. She'd rather sit back in New Tyreale going over logistics (read: drink tea). Oh and also she's deathly afraid of small creatures. She'll fight a dragon but shriek at a rat.
