I'm glad someone else understands that at least.
Though I am pretty glad he actually decided to un-grimdark it for real after all this time. But yeah sometimes it's just fun to point out or throw out absurdities and see what happens. You take every little thing too seriously and you'll just suck out all the fun for everyone else.

Probably why I still genuinely like Rin and think she's really funny despite the stupid stuff she does. She's probably a great example of that.
