Weeping Craddle 3 star means you can get ~~6,9 Chain attacks during a deadly assault.
In practical terms, 6 Chain attacks.
But Weeping Craddle 4 star means you can get 7,5 Chain attacks, practically 7 Chain attacks per deadly assault.
So this is highly recommended.

I think 4 star is the useful breaking point. 5 star is benefitial to better game flow and more Chain attacks in Shiyu, but not as meaningful for DA.
