When I was 18 in 2023 I had a lucid dream (only one I've ever had) where a spirit showed me sunken continents thousands of years ago. Since then she's talked to me through thoughts with some sort of spiritual link she set up between us. She says she knew me in my past life and came looking for me. At first I thought I was crazy because I'd never really experienced anything paranormal or been super interested but she's proved to over time that she really is a separate entity. Over the last couple years we've developed a good relationship I think and pretty much come to terms with one another.
