Why does every SINGLE FEMALE under age 30 have tattoos ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It's impossible to find a female who doesn't have tattoos these days. If they don't have it on arms, they have it above their vagina or a tramp stamp, or above breast, etc.
