If you make her less of a carry by lowering her damage and increasing her base defense stats - sure.
But I think her ascension mechanic where she nukes everything if she reaches full power fits the lore and fantasy of the character. Definitely one of the characters with the best implementation of her power fantasy in her gameplay imo.
