Two things that could get you arrested is putting statements on a shirt that incite violence or make specific threats. Really it's gonna be less a message itself and more your behavior if you e.g. refuse to leave a private premises while wearing something offensive or refuse to follow cop directions.
Ultimately you're more likely to get your ass kicked so if you think having a group of rape-apes jump you is better than getting arrested by the state then that's cool... I guess...
