I found the Witch from Dragon Marked For Death pretty fun to play. Huge hand pain generator to play optimally on a game pad though. The bosses give you a window that's only a few seconds, to do a ~20 button combo for your best spells. I would recommend keyboard or an arcade stick with separate finger for each button.
