The new war with Syria is also a huge manpower suck for the IDF, which is already desperately undermanned and non-functional.

A lot of Druze IDF soldiers are fighting Jewlani in Syria right now, getting slaughtered and never to return to killing babies in Gaza.

And now the IDF has a huge insecure border situation, quite a bit like the Hezbollah hostile border for the first year of the war.
Also, Jewlani and his Sunni army were supposed to be preparing to go to war against Hezbollah inside Lebanon, for Israel and the CIA. Now they are at war with Israel to at least some significant extent:
