People seem to miss that Machvise's weight in that scene is 1 000 000 kilograms, and he's in a freefall. A freefalling object reaches a terminal velocity of 120 mph (53 m/s).
I'm not a mathemathician, someone smarter can do the math if they want to, but Hajrudin is basically sending like a billion kilograms back into the sky, and that remains as one of the biggest feats of strength in One Piece even without definite numbers. Like that's a holy shit level of strength without any show of haki or devil fruits.
