Valvira (the agency who gives permits of operation to doctors in Finland) took away loicenses of two trans-surgeons who tried to operate on Emily.

Before surgeries she had began 12 month of pill treatment.

When she realized there will be no surgery she started have suicidal thoughts.

A normal doctor, who does not have a revoked license, told her "go to Transylvania, Romania, with your own money for treatment, I heard it cheap"

Tax payers would not finance her.

The root of the problem is that no psychiatrist had ever agreed she is a transgender and would be helped by trans surgeries to ease the burden of her mind. Therefore legally she is a man.

In any case if you use your own money for treatments, instead of tax payers money, you can get just about anything.
