I'm in a director role at a company with GenZ, Millennial and GenX employees. Fully remote.
I know this fucking stare so well. Even if you know these people for years they will hit you with this bullshit. I have never seen anything like it from other generations (maybe boomers, but not ones in a professional environment in my industry.)

It is fully emotional immaturity and mental illness. These people cannot handle the smallest bit of discomfort when it is aimed at them. They are very quick to bitch about others and cause drama, but will not follow through with conflict management and fessing up to their shit.

They have no inner life.
No attention span.
No emotional resilience.
No soul.
