There are no custom backgrounds for those two. Backgrounds are exception, not a standard. I really wanted one for VtM2e because the rulebook's cover was so cheesy and beautiful.In the documentary they were laughing how bad it was.
RuneQuest has a background just to differentiate it from AD&D2e.
CP2020's UI theme is my favorite. It has a weird scanline effect which looks great with a transparent background, especially when you play in fullscreen mode. The letters look like they're glowing on some 80s CRT monitor.
