Mmm yea as others said this casting isn't bad at all but Robbie was just perfect in the role, and pretty much *is* everyone's mental image of Hagrid at this point. I think the new series is likely to struggle with that a lot in general; the original films were so well done and so loved that it's going to be incredibly difficult to compete.

Ooh, has the modding scene actually taken off well then? It seemed to be going slowly as of last I looked in on it, but that's sorta to be expected since most previously existing mods were broken by the patch so I figured I'd just give it a while and see what happens.
