Sometimes I get my neurons activated when I put the moka pot on the stove ready to make some cobbee, and that in itself already makes me shit. Then I just poo on the loo and drink the cobbee afterwards.

I always go pulldown vartiation->row variation->low row variation (->curls or hammer curls if I do them). Reason I chose cross body pulldowns as a first exercise was that I wanted to hit 45 kgs, as I, if I do these, choose them as a 4th-6th set, and by that time I btfo my lats enough with low rep high weight pulldowns that I can't pull that much weight.
Lately I have not been doing neither curls or hammer curls as much as earlier. Used to do them every sesh, now it has been like 3-4 weeks at least since the last time I did one of them. I just can't be assed to hit 'ceps after a heavy pull day plus I rather spend my time resting enough between sets rather than sacrificing weight on the first 12 sets so that I can hit biceps as a 13th set.

Absolutely no idea. He rarely hits the bench. Last time some weeks ago as he was warming up with 100 kgs he hurt his arms so he just put the weight down and I have not even seen him bench since then.
