Do not transition. Do not ruin your life. You're young. Explore your femininity if you want, dress up as a girl, do makeup and whatever but don't take pills that will forever change your body. It never ends well.
If you are attracted to the sex part, it's up to you and, I may be wrong, but chances are that you'll regret doing a few things later in life (having too many partners, for example or having risky behaviors).
Unless you feel no shame about your bisexuality (?), then well... live your life and test things. Be slutty (with protections).

Porn is very powerful to rot your brain. And it's not a meme. You started early and went for the most vicious ones pretty quickly.
The intoxicating feeling starts to wear off after 25. Enjoy it while it lasts but don't gamble your future on this. You will probably go for suicide at one point if you transition. In your 30s reality hits hard.

So for short, be a man, enjoy what you like, don't let others shame you for your taste but don't lose grasp on reality. Especially by taking drugs.

And remember: the people who are too welcoming always hide the truth.
