Why the whining here? Send your complaints directly to the author, or to the organizers of this exhibition if you make the wild assumption that they are acting without the author's knowledge. As far as I understand from the latest agenda the author's word is enough to consider their work yuri, even if it is essentially indistinguishable from something that without such a word deserves the title of bait among the holders of high standards.
