I have been a vegan pretty much all my life, I am 19 rn and I just got redpilled on diet and want to turn to Carnivore diet again

Is it too late? Can I turn back to normal functionality? My physical stats especially height and build are decent but I am afraid of internal issues and Testosterone levels
