And I can only say that I'm still not very optimistic for them, because they don't seem to know what they're doing.

Ever since AP started making posts again Manjuu has only shown they don't know what they're doing. Their drip marketing stopped after just three days, I don't know if on purpose or if due to Reddit drama, which made the second trailer's release come out of nowhere; talking about the second trailer, it clearly was only released to attract investment, they barely marketed it, forgot to post it on their Douyin until over a week later, and haven't even changed the trailer on their fucking official website; at first they completely ignored their AL CCs and only had the neutral/ex-Genshin CCs advertise the game, but now it's the opposite: thus far only AL CCs have been allowed to make videos about their testing experience, which is something you absolutely should not do if you want to expand to a wider audience. They have also removed their other two trailers from their official youtube channel (maybe because of the Reddit meltdown over the female MC), which is utterly bizarre.

At least they seem to have hired actual PR now. Back when Bilbili fucked them over running an ad with a feminist slogan, they just stayed silent and never said anything. But now, when Bilibili deleted one of their posts, instead of staying silent which they could've easily done, they quickly apologized, blamed Bilibili for the mistake, and made amends. Doing this certainly means Bilibili has no chance of being publisher of this game anymore.

Now, with their BW coming up, we'll have to see if they've changed the game's direction or if Manjuu still insists on committing suicide.
