I'm not familiar with PariPoi's work outside of LiveAHero but a quick look on their Twitter they seem to have made/are apart of a doujin series called MAWS and based on the cover art I feel there's a high possibility they draw it. If not then they really like a good detailed maw. Which would track because I think every piece of art they've done for Hydoor has him with his mouth open or showing his teeth. And while it's not really my thing they seem to put a lot of effort into it so I'll give them credit for that.
