There is no fundamental difference between wanting to have sex with another person of the same gender and wanting a woman to poop in my mouth. If anything, scat fetishists face even more discrimination and hardship than homosexuals. We should have all of the same protections and inclusions. If it's normal and celebrated for a man to have anal sex with another man then I shouldn't have to live in shame and hiding just because I like to eat women's poop, which harms nobody.
