Yes, nordlendinger, people from north are more friendly, and from oslo also, the worst are from Bergen and other costal areas like Stavanger, they think they are somehow special, if you are trying to move here, honestly the selling point of Norway is long gone, Wages are higher in Denmark and similar in Sweden.
