During her rehabilitation at the Superhumans center, sniper Anastasiia "Phoenix" Savka from Lviv met Defender Oleksii Levchenko, who also lost a leg on the front line.

In early June, Oleksii proposed to Anastasiia. Now the couple is preparing to get married.

"I came here thinking I'd quickly get a prosthetic and go back to service. But that's where I met Oleksii. We first saw each other at the reception on our first day - our rehabilitation started at the same time," Anastasiia shared.

"Phoenix" fought in the Zaporizhzhia direction. On November 28, 2023, she was wounded, her leg was amputated.

Anastasiia says that thanks to prosthetics, she can live fully and freely chart her future. The sniper and her fiance do not plan to leave military service.
