They're not supposed to all have a big bond here, they're pretty much allies of circumstances but some of them have a decent relationship like Mydei/Phainon or Cipher/Aglaea,
The biggest group shown is the grove squad, kinda wish we had more screentime to flesh them out but it is what it is.
Don't be surprised when the future IPC characters won't be all buddies either, Topaz/Aventurine/Jade were pretty much the only exception, most of them are just coworkers.
